10 Nozzle Changer Data
10-1 Nozzle Changer Data
CM301 is equipped with one nozzle changer for each table.
Nozzle changer data shows the order of nozzles arranged in the nozzle changer. Nozzle setting
position is specified by the changer No. (11 to 43).
When the chip to mount is changed, CM301 changes nozzles on the basis of the nozzle changer
data.
Therefore, this data must completely agree with the actual arrangement.

The descriptions are as follows.
1. No.
This shows the descriptive order of mount points in block data. Actual mount order is determined by
sort, then mount data are created.
2. Skip
When there is a mount point on which you do not want to mount a chip temporarily, you can Skip
that mounting point.
This Skip function differs from that of feeder layout list or mount data. ( 8-1)
3. X (mm), Y (mm)
Enter the coordinates of each mount point. The coordinates are represented on the basis of
Coordinates and OriginOffset in board data.
