13 Sorting
This chapter describes how to sort mount data.
∗ Use this function after board data, feeder layout list, stock data, nozzle changer data, nozzle
layout, block data and block attribute data have been set up.
13-1 Sort
Mount data are created by one of the following sort options.
1. Non Sort
2. Sort (keep Curr. Mount Seq)
The description is as follows.
1. Non Sort
Block data and block attribute data are expanded to mount data in order of creation.
2. Sort (keep Curr. Mount Seq)
Data are expanded again while maintaining the sequence of the mount data optimized by the
modular sort.
Subject
When using Sort (keep Curr. Mount Seq), you can select the expansion of the coordinates system
only, that of the skip information only or that of both the coordinates system and the skip informa-
tion.

The descriptions are as follows.
1. Skip (Information)
When Skip has been set in the feeder layout list, “USKP” is displayed in this field. When Skip has
been set in block data, “BSKP” is displayed in this field. When Skip has been set in mount data,
“MSKP” is displayed in this field.
2. Skip (Setting)
When there is the data you do not want to mount temporarily, you can Skip that data.
∗ This Skip function differs from that of feeder layout list or block data. ( 8-1)
3. X (mm), Y (mm)
Enter the coordinates of the mount point. See “11-1 Block Data” to find the coordinates.
4. A (Degree)
Enter the mount angle of the chip. See “11-1 Block Data” to find it.
5. PartsName
PartsName registered in the feeder layout list is displayed.
6. Note
The comment registered in block data is displayed.
