You will need the following tools, consumables and equipment for the bi-monthly maintenance
tasks:
– Vacuum cleaner
– Condensate drip tray
– Brush with short bristles
– Phillips screwdriver
– Scissors
– Whetstone
– Clean, lint-free cloths
– ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA52 grease (Item no. 00328369-01)
– WD40 (Item no. 00325833-01)
– New filter cartridge, if necessary (Item no. 00336902-01)
– New silencer for the Collect&Place head, if necessary (Item no. from 00320964-01).
Check or replace the filter cartridge
: Open the door to the compressed air supply.
: Place a drip tray beneath the compressed air maintenance unit.
a Close the main compressed air valve.
s When both manometers read "0", switch the placement system off at the main switch.
d Remove the blanking cap by pulling the yellow cap release device down and turning the blan-
king cap counter-clockwise (bayonet fitting).

a Remove the condensate tank by turning it counter-clockwise and pulling down (bayonet fitting).
s Unscrew the filter casing from the compressed air maintenance unit.
d Loosen the Phillips screw and then remove the filter from the filter casing.
f Replace the filter if it is dirty.
: Reverse the sequence described above to fit the filter and the filter casing.
: Then open the main compressed air valve.
Check or replace the silencer
g Check the silencer of the Collect&Place head for dirt.
If it is discolored, turn the holder counter-clockwise to detach it.
h Reverse the sequence described above to replace the dirty filter and fit a new filter.
