Valve actuators
a Wipe the three valve actuators clean using a dry, lint-free cloth.
: At the same time clean the disk and the gap between the disk and the motor bracket.
s Clean the ball bearing using a dry, lint-free cloth.
: Check the ball bearing for damage and that it is functioning correctly.
: Remove any visible dirt.
Turning station
d Clean the black O-ring on the turning station with a lint-free cloth lightly moistened with ethyl
alcohol.
: Check the O-ring for damage. Replace it if necessary.
: Check the toothed belt for damage. Replace it if necessary.

The turning station can be cleaned while still installed using a cottonwool bud moistened with ethyl
alcohol.

Assembly
: Insert the two O-rings into the back part of the head.
: Carefully insert the distributor block into its seat.

The small O-ring can be damaged if it is seated on the distributor block.
a Insert the distributor disk into its seat.

Make sure that the distributor disk is seated correctly. The flat side must lie on the star, with the
stepped side pointing towards the distributor block.
: Fit the front part of the head and tighten all the screws.
: Insert the ribbon cables into the appropriate sockets.
: Connect the compressed air hose.
