▪ Pipettenwechsler Grundaufbau CPx/all komplett -

lang [03103514-xx]

HINWEIS

Vor dem Einbau

Bauartbedingt muss die Einstellung vor dem Einbau in die Maschine erfolgen.

► Wird der neue Pipettenwechsler als Ersatzteil in eine Maschine mit EA-Modul-Ansteuerung

eingebaut, dann muss der Jumper immer auf Pin 1-2 umgesteckt werden.

EA-Modul-Ansteuerung prüfen

Um zu Überprüfen, ob eine Maschine mit EA-Modul-An-

steuerung vorliegt gehen Sie wie folgt vor:

► Wechseln Sie in die Bedienebene Service.

► Wählen Sie den Button .

► Wählen Sie den Button Embedded Software.

► Wählen Sie den Button Subsystem aktualisieren.

► Ist eine EA-Modul-Ansteuerung vorhanden, dann

steht bei E/A-Modul der Eintrag Pipettenwechsler.

This manual provides technical information and describes how to operate the JEDEC tray feeder in the

SIPLACE® TX-Series.

1.1 Module Description

Module Description

In SIPLACE TX machines, a SIPLACE JTF-ML can be installed at location 1. The SIPLACE JTF-ML is

fitted at the side.

Depending on the magazine type, the SIPLACE JTF-ML stores up to 18 standard or, as an option, 14

high JEDEC waffle pack tray magazines in an exchangeable cassette and supplies them as required.

The placement machine can therefore be supplied with different component types at variable changeo-

ver times.

Correct Usage

The product may only be used for the application cases described in the catalogues and technical spec-

ifications i.e. for placement of SMD components and only in connection with the third party devices and

components recommended or approved by SIPLACE.

Any other use is deemed to be incorrect and not as prescribed.

If the product is not used as prescribed, SIPLACE will accept no liability for any damage that may occur

and will not guarantee that the components will work properly and without problems.

Prescribed or correct usage includes the observance of all the instructions in the user manual.

The proper and safe operation of the product requires correct transportation, storage, installation and

assembly, plus careful, accurate utilization and servicing.

Incorrect Usage

Failure to use the product as prescribed can result in both danger to life and limb and material damage.

For this reason, non-prescribed usage is prohibited. If the product is not used as prescribed, ASM As-

sembly Systems GmbH & Co. KG will not accept liability for any damage that may occur and will not

guarantee that the components will work properly and without problems.

Non-prescribed use of the module includes the following examples:

▪ Operation of the module with safety equipment deactivated or removed.

▪ Placement of components that do not meet the permitted specification.

▪ Use of unauthorized accessories and additional modules.

▪ Use of the module by unqualified personnel.
