Procedure

Remove foreign substances and unrequired components and suck dirt and dust

with a vacuum cleaner.

Note

Either Y510mm or Y250mm single transfer unit can be selected when the system is

delivered from the factory.

4.9.2 Ball Screw Cleaning and Oiling

Procedure

(1) Wipe old grease out using a rag.

(2) Apply new grease on the screw shaft using a syringe.

Note

Perform the cleaning operation using the same procedure also in the system where the

Y510mm Single Transfer Unit (Factory option) has been mounted.
