Zeroing of Shuttle Conveyor is not completed within predetermined time.
Check out the dirt, error, disconnection of sensor. If there is no problem with
sensor, the problem could be with motor wire/single error.
496b04 Shuttle Conveyor Error (Output side)
Target Width Matching of Shuttle Conveyor is not completed within predetermined
time.
Check out the dirt, error, disconnection of sensor. If there is no problem with
sensor, the problem could be with motor wire/single error.
496b05 Shuttle Conveyor Error (Output side)
Error of Motor communication.
Could not receive the instructions normally.
1. Conrm connection to communication cable.
2. Conrm Power supply(Breaker / 24V).
3. Conrm the communication setting of PCI board.
4. Conrm the address of driver and communication rate setting.

Check out the dirt, error of sensor and error in Motor body etc.

Please execute all zeroing again, and the restart production.
Please set motor speed slow if it happens frequently. Also, in a case of structure
motor Error.
