4.2.2 Scope of delivery for retrofitting in the SIPLACE TX-Series V2
The following parts are required for retrofitting in the SIPLACE TX-Series V2:

SIPLACE JTF-ML2 (tray feeder module) [00588116‑xx]
●
Changeover table for SIPLACE JTF-ML [00588112‑xx]
●
Adapter Assembly Nozzle Station SIPLACE TX V2 [03169973-xx]. This is necessary if a CPP
head and the big reject bin with nozzle station are installed.
●
Assembly kit for SIPLACE JTF-ML2 (SIPLACE TX V2) [00588128‑xx]
Additionally required parts on a SIPLACE TX V2:
●
Magazine sheet for SIPLACE JTF-M magazines [03110222Sxx]
●
If you fit the JTF ML2 to a SIPLACE TX V2 with a CPP head, the "Reject box / nozzle station
IC-camera V2"[ 03162806-xx] and the "Nozzle station CPx cpl. / SX4a for JTF3
M" [03106821-xx] must be ordered in addition!

4.2.4 Required working time
The complete installation, including the output conveyor extension, will take approx. four hours.

4.2.5 Performing retrofitting
4.2.5.1 Preparatory steps
► Move the component trolleys out of the machine.
► Switch off the machine, disconnect it from the power supply and secure it to prevent
unauthorized reactivation.
4.2.5.2 Converting the COT insert for the SIPLACE TX

► Remove the four screws(1) fastening
the nozzle changer (NC).

► Unplug the electrical(1) and pneumatic
connections(2) for the nozzle changer
and put the NC aside.

► Remove the reject bin(1).
► To remove the empty tape duct (4)
remove the screws(3) fastening the
two NC holders(2) and remove the NC
holders.
(The screw holes marked with (5) will be
used for the holder of the big reject bin later
on)
