Tilt the feeder module to the right and hold the Al-
len screw on the spiral gear with one finger.
Fasten the slotted screw.
Use a flat-bladed screwdriver for this.
Fasten the Allen screw to the spiral gear on the
left side.
Use a size 4 Allen key with 0.9Nm for this.
Fasten the wiper (see 7.11.2 "Fitting the wiper 8
mm X " [}118]).
Fasten the rocker (see 7.9.2 "Fitting the rocker
assembly" [}110]).
Fit the bearing cap onto the foil stripping unit, as
shown.
Fasten the bearing cap with the three screws
shown(1). Use a Phillips screwdriver with 0.9 Nm
for this.
Fasten the left side cover (see 7.3.2 "Fitting the
left side cover" [}83]).

7.11.1 Removing the wiper 8 mm X
Carefully place the feeder module with the left
side down on a stable, level and clean surface.
Insert the Phillips screwdriver through the open-
ing in the rocker(1).
Remove the Phillips screw(2), which is fastening
the stripping device.

Press the rocker(3) backwards.
Pull the stripping device(4) upwards.
Lower the rocker again.
Remove the stripping device.
7.11.2 Fitting the wiper 8 mm X
Press the rocker(1) backwards.
Insert the stripping device(2) as shown, with the
flat side facing upwards.
Align the stripping device so that it is straight.
Make sure that the hole for the screw is visible through
the hole in the stripping device and that the individual
parts of the stuffing gear protrude through the re-
cesses (3) of the stripping device.
Lower the rocker again.
Use a pair of tweezers to hold the Phillips
screw(4) over the drilled hole.
Insert the Phillips screwdriver through the open-
ing in the rocker(5).
Hand-tighten the Phillips screw fastening the
stripping device.
