9.9 Rocker

► Remove the rocker axle with a pair of tweezers or
a size 1.4 split pin punch. (3)
► Lift the rocker up and out of the feeder mod-
ule.(4)
9.9.1.2 Fitting the Rocker
► Carefully place the feeder module with the right-
side side down on a stable, level and clean sur-
face.
► Position the rocker as shown, from above, into
the feeder module.(1)
Make sure that you can see through the drilled
hole for the rocker axle.
► Insert the rocker axle into the drilled hole(2)
Make sure that the groove in the rocker axle is on
the side with the fixing screw.
► Position the rocker axle in the drilled hole so that
the axle is flush and the fixing screw can engage
with the rocker axle groove.
► Fix the rocker axle into place using the fixing
screw with 0.6Nm.(3)
► Refit the two compression springs on the left and
right.(4)

TORX screwdriver size T8, 0.6Nm
9.9.2.1 Removing the Rocker Stripping Device
► Remove the rocker (see 9.9.1.1 "Removing the
Rocker Assembly" [}216]).
► Remove the two screws shown.(1)
Use a size T8 TORX screwdriver for this.
► Pull the stripping device off towards the front.

9.9.2.2 Fitting the Rocker Stripping Device
► Position the stripping device sideways (as
shown) over the tamp wheel and into the
rocker.(1)
► Align the stripping device straight and fasten it
using the top (2) and bottom (3) screw with
0.6Nm.
► Make sure that the tamp wheel can be turned
easily and only in the direction shown.
If this is not the case, loosen both screws, adjust
the stripping device and tighten the screws again.
► Reinsert the rocker (see 9.9.1.2 "Fitting the
Rocker" [}217]).
