A 5
Availability % 5
The availability of a station is a value permitting an assessment of the "technical quality" of the
station and the placement/gluing process carried out thereon. Organizational or structure-re-
lated downtimes must not have any impact on the availability. The availability of a station is cal-
culated as follows: 5
Availability station [%] = 100 x (1 - (Tat / Tb)) 5
Tat = machine-related technical downtimes, e.g. unidentified reason, fiducial error, general ma-
chine malfunction, transport error, barcode reading error. 5
Tb = total operating time of the machine, or time basis for the evaluation period. 5
B 5
Blocked 5
Waiting until output conveyor/center conveyor is clear. 5
Build Time 5
Build time = End of board processing in the processing zone - Start of board processing in the
processing zone 5
C 5
Component Sum 5
Component Sum = (Sum placed Components + Sum errors) 5
CPH 5
Component per hour 5
CPH = (Component Sum / Evaluation Time) 5
D 5
Downtime 5
The sum of Scheduled and Unscheduled Downtime 5
