Cause: 将料盘类型设定为微型料盘时，只能够配置 50.80mm × 50.80mm 的料盘。
编辑画面的数据检查是根据设定了元件的供料平台 No./ 料站 No. 来判断料
盘的设定。
供料平台 No.3/ 料站 No.2～8中设定了元件时，将料站 No.1～8看成微
型料盘。
供料平台 No.3/ 料站 No.52 ～ 58 中设定了元件时，将料站 No.51 ～ 58 看
成微型料盘。
Remedy: 请确认料盘尺寸。
请确认动作条件设定中的料盘类型。
