to
manually
set
the
flow
rate'

various gas supplies. For example,
purge
flow
rates
for
turbomolecular

process chamber cleaning.

setting
purge
gas
flows

OIPT
equipment

fitted

a
common
scale, reading
from

flow
is
varied
from
zero
to
full
scale. The full-scale
flow
depends on:
