INTERLOCK ERROR
State You can't move X or Y axis, because there isn't a nozzle station at the bottom.
Cause Nozzle station is raised, or the lower end sensor in the nozzle station does not work.
Action
Lower the nozzle station in manual mode. With the nozzle station lowered, check I/O monitor to see if the
sensor is working. If not, replace the sensor.

<<<WARNING SENSOR ERROR>>>
Head up-down action is abnormal. Following reasons are possible.
State
- Board fixation is not correct.
- PickHeight or MntHeight is not correct.
- The head lower-end sensor does not function.
- The head lowering valve does not function.
- The nozzle shaft is bent.
- The head did not reach the bottom within 1 sec.
Cause
1. Board surface is too high, so the cylinder does not lower to a position where the sensor responds.
2. Pickup height or mount height setting is too large, so the cylinder does not lower to a position where the
sensor responds.
3. Lower end sensor position is inappropriate, so the sensor does not respond correctly.
4. Piston movement in the head descent valve is not smooth.
5. Nozzle shaft is deformed or bent, so the head does not move up or down.
Action Eliminate the cause of the error by referring to the above description.

MOUNT IO SEQUENCE VACUUM LEVEL ERROR
State
Vacuum level has not reached the specified level. Please check the nozzle and valve condition. This may
cause bring-back cmp. or double mount problem.
Cause
Negative pressure was insufficient during component placement. A nozzle might have brought a component
back without placing it on the board.
Action Open the [Unit] [Head] tab and immediately check the nozzles and valves.

State You can't move X ,Y ,R or W axis, because Z axis is not in safe position. Please check Z axis position.
Cause The head position is at a dangerous height, so the X, Y, R and W axes cannot move.
Action Raise the head to a safe height. If the machine's head has a lower end sensor, then check the sensor status.

Cause
Board was carried in from upstream side even though no board request signal was output, or an abnormal

Action
Readjust the position of conveyor exit sensor on upstream side, or the position of conveyor carry-in sensor or
board detection sensor at the entrance stopper of this machine.

State Board trans-unit, locate pin or push-up unit does not respond to command.
Cause Senor position adjustment is inappropriate, or speed control is set too low to maintain stable movement.
Action Check the sensors for conveyor unit height to see if they are operating properly.

State
Operation of the main stopper in this table height cannot be performed.
-Please lower the Board table.

State Vacuum level has not reached the specified level. The component might have dropped after recognition.
Cause
Pickup vacuum pressure is not appropriate, or component is not correctly picked up. Component pickup
position coordinate is inaccurate or pickup accuracy is poor.
Action
Make adjustment so that the component is picked up properly, then readjust the pickup vacuum pressure in
Adjust mode.

FIDUCIAL FINE CORRECTION ERROR
State
Failed to adjust the XY position for FINE mode within limit. The limit is specified as FINE mode in machine
data.
Cause Correction range is too narrow.
Action Widen the correction range.

Cause File may be destroyed.
Action Relevant data cannot be loaded. If backup data is available, copy and load it.
