(power to the motors for tape feed in the feeder base,
the traverse shaft, and the tray feeder elevator shaft is
shut off in 1 second after the [EMERGENCY STOP]
button is pressed.)
• 24 V Load Power in Solenoid Valve System of Main
Machine
(Excluding the solenoid valve for component picks, the
solenoid for the supply cover electromagnetic lock, the
solenoid for the safety bar electromagnetic lock, the
solenoid valve for tape feed, and the control power
sources such as those for the sensors, etc.)

8.2 Door Check Switches
When the LED of the [U READY] or the [L READY] button is ON, the
door on the pertinent side is electromagnetically locked, making it
impossible to open.
When the LED of the [U READY] or the [L READY] button is OFF,
the electromagnetic lock of the door on the pertinent side is un-
locked.
When a magazine is separated from the elevator shaft, the
power to the elevator shaft is kept supplied because danger
decreases.

upper door is electromagnetically locked, making it
impossible to open.
• When the upper door opens due to the broken electro-
magnetic lock switch, etc., with the upper magazine
being connected with the elevator shaft, the power to the
elevator shaft is shut off. (Machine Stop in Error Condi-
tion)

door is electromagnetically locked, making it impossible
to open.
• When the lower door opens due to the broken electro-
