Symptom Cause Remedy
There is an
offset in XY and
θ axes in laser
recognition
mounting.
(Entire board)
This is caused by incorrect input of the
laser height of the laser offset. This
affects the laser measurement height, and
the measured result is at random.
Re-enter the laser height of the
laser offset. After entered, perform
nozzle assignment of setup for all
nozzles.
There is an
offset in XY and
θ axes in vision
recognition
mounting.
(Entire board)
This is caused by an offset of the
mounting angle or position of the camera
installation of the VCS camera offset. In
this case, the offset is not not random for
all placement angle but there is a
tendency in specific placement angle.
The displacement in XY axes direction
differs between 0 to 180° and 90 to 270°.
Re-obtain the installation position
and angle of the camera, and carry
out the overall offset of the VCS
placement.
