3.2.1 Errors and effects
Errors are detected and displayed when the board is carried in or carried out.
If an error occurs, immediately turn off the output of the drive system which is
the cause of the error. However, the backup in production will not be reset.
Error type Details
IN buffer error
IN motor continuously turns for 10 seconds or more.
IN sensor turns on for 0.5 second or more when WAIT sensor is on.
IN sensor and WAIT sensor turn on simultaneously when IN motor is rotating.
Centering station
error
CENT motor continuously turns for 10 seconds or more.
STOP sensor turns from off to on when C.OUT sensor is on.
OUT buffer error
OUT motor continuously turns for 10 seconds or more.
C.OUT sensor and OUT sensor turn on simultaneously.
Backup error
UP sensor does not turn on for 2 seconds or more after backup is on.
DN sensor does not turn off for 2 seconds or more after backup is on.
DN sensor does not turn on for 2 seconds or more after backup is off.
UP sensor does not turn off for 2 seconds or more after backup is off.
