3.2.1 Errors and effects
Errors are detected and displayed when the board is carried in or carried out.
If an error occurs, immediately turn off the output of the drive system which is
the cause of the error. However, the backup in production will not be reset.
Error type Details
IN buffer error
① IN motor continuously turns for 10 seconds or more.
② IN sensor turns on for 0.5 second or more when WAIT sensor is on.
③ IN sensor and WAIT sensor turn on simultaneously when IN motor is rotating.
Centering station
error
① CENT motor continuously turns for 10 seconds or more.
② STOP sensor turns from off to on when C.OUT sensor is on.
OUT buffer error
① OUT motor continuously turns for 10 seconds or more.
② C.OUT sensor and OUT sensor turn on simultaneously.
Backup error
① UP sensor does not turn on for 2 seconds or more after backup is on.
② DN sensor does not turn off for 2 seconds or more after backup is on.
③ DN sensor does not turn on for 2 seconds or more after backup is off.
④ UP sensor does not turn off for 2 seconds or more after backup is off.

When a board is carried out from the centering station, if the nex
t
board turns on the WAIT sensor on during deceleration of the
CENT motor, the C.OUT sensor turns off to immediately stop th
e
CENT motor, and acceleration starts again.
[Key operation]
In idle mode, all stations can be set as buffer.
However, only one board can be set per buffer,
and board carriage is performed when the
preceding buffer is set empty. Errors and manual
operations are equal to those for carriage
(automatic mode) in production.
› For PPMC control, an acceleration command cannot
be issued during deceleration.
