There is no latch status for the OUT buffer such as for the IN buffer,
and detection is made simply by on and off of the OUT sensor.

[Key operation]
When the board carried in from the IN buffer is detected by the WAIT
sensor, the IN buffer is internally latched as "board loaded" condition.
If board B is removed in this condition, after board A is carried out, carr
y
in operation to the centering station is performed by expecting board
B.

[Key operation]
When the board carried in from the IN buffer is detected by the WAIT sensor, the I
N
buffer is internally set as "board loaded" condition. If board B is removed in this
condition, and is carried into the IN buffer, board B is carried to the WAIT position
while keeping Ready OUT set off (busy). (This operation can be repeated as
necessary.)
If there are slits or the like at the position where board B is stopped after it is
detected by the WAIT sensor, there are two possibilities.
1. Board carry in is stopped for line by setting Ready OUT to off (busy).
2. For manual operation, even if the WAIT sensor is off, the operator confirms th
e
WAIT position. (It shall be noted in the operation manual that a board shall
not be placed in the IN buffer when there is a board at the WAIT position.))
Therefore, when the WAIT sensor is off, there is no problem for the board which is
detected at the IN buffer to be carried to the WAIT
p
osition.
