Action:
① Loosen the tube clamp bolt at the cartridge body side.
② Extract the tube clamp and tube from the tube joint.

16-5-2-3 Washing the tube joint
Action:
① After removing any residual dispense material from the interiors of the tube joint's
metal components (tube joint, tube clamp), wash these components ultrasonically in
ethyl alcohol or isopropyl alcohol.
Use care not to damage the components during the ultrasonic washing process.
② Do not wash the O-ring with a solvent as doing so could cause it to swell.
Use a cloth wetted with ethyl alcohol or isopropyl alcohol to clean off an adhered
dispense material.
③ Replace the tube with a new one.
Cut the new tube [SMC brand: soft fluorine resin tube: TD0604-20] to the prescribed
length of 240mm for use.
