5.2. Calibration Jig
5.2.1. Cautions Regarding Calibration Jig Maintenance
When disassembling the jig cover randomly, internal components may be damaged duo to
incoming microchips or foreign materials and external impact. Use the calibration jig or
perform maintenance with the jig cover being assembled.
Memo
When replacing the service parts, remove the jig cover.
Caution
Do not use the calibration jig with the cover of the area
indicated in the following figure being removed:

5.2.2.1. Removal of Foreign Materials on Feeder Base / Vertical Plate
When the calibration jig has been used, check whether parts or foreign materials exist
around the feeder base. If so, remove them using a brush and air gun referring to the
following figure:
