5.4. Master Feeder
In the case of a master feeder, the reliability of the origin must be maintained by
performing calibration regularly. If defects such as distortion of part supply position, etc.,
occur due to failure of regular calibration of the master feeder, our company is not
responsible for this problem.
Caution
w Contact our designated C/S company (STS) or local agent once a
year and calibrate the master feeder.
w When sending the master feeder to our designated C/S company
(STS) or local agent, put it in the dedicated storage box and send
it.
w When the master feeder is dropped or damaged, immediately
calibrate it.

5.5. Master Tape Usage Management
If the usage count of the master tape exceeds 150 times, an alarm occurs automatically in
the calibration jig program.
It is possible to check the usage count of the master tape in the calibration jig program.
