Lower Section of Linear Guide 3M28
Every 3 Months Lubrication (DAPHNE EPONEX GREASE No. 3)
Follow the steps below for the lubrication.
1. Close the air valve and allow the air to bleed out of the machine.
2. Rotate the rotary turret with the hand-rotating wheel to move the
linear guide to be lubricated between Stations #5 and #6
(Turret Angle: 108 degrees).
3. Set the dispense gun to "1".
4. Insert the nozzle to be used into the oil inlet and inject grease slowly,
spending about 10 seconds.
Note: Inject grease (quantity: 0.06 to 0.1 g) only once.
* Use the HL2-type nozzle.
Grease should be applied every 3 months after the initial month.

Remove the filters from the cooling fans on the top
of the main body and clean them with a vacuum
cleaner.
After cleaning, put the filters back in place.

Clean the filter with a vacuum cleaner.

Weekly Cleaning
Detach the filter and clean it with an air gun or
wash with water.
After cleaning, put the filter back in place.
(a) After the filter is detached, blow off dirt
and dust on the fin surfaces with an
air gun.
(b) If the filter is kept dirty, the machine
will break down.

Cooling Fans of Feeder Carriage Sections 3M33
Every 3 Months Cleaning
Clean the finger guards located above and under
the cooling fan filters with a vacuum cleaner.
