Error ID Item Description
0f0401 Transfer Limit Limit error has been detected. ;BPH36 E/NR
0f0402 Transfer Limit Limit error has been detected. ;BPH37 E/NR
(Cause 1) The emitted optical beam was not received by the sensor or the light shield plate.
Dirt adheres to the light shield plate and an optical beam of the sensor is shielded.
(Remedy 1) Press the [RETURN] button to cancel the error display, open the front cover, and
check the P.C.B. transfer operation through manual step operation.
Remove the cause due to which the emitted optical beam was not received by
the sensor or the light shield plate.
Zero the P.C.B. transfer again.
0f0501 Transfer Overload Overload has been detected. ;BPH38/BPH71 E/NR
(Cause 1) The timing belt was trapped by something during P.C.B. transfer operation and got
loose, shielding the optical beam emitted from the sensor.
(Remedy 1) Press the [RETURN] button to cancel the error display and remove the cause
due to which the timing belt was trapped. Then, zero the P.C.B. transfer.
0f0601 Transfer P.C.B. Detection The P.C.B. has not passed from the input conveyor into
table chute.
(Cause 1) The P.C.B. detection photosensor of the transfer conveyor detects a P.C.B. all the
time during P.C.B. transfer operation. (The P.C.B. is not transferred.)
(Remedy 1) Press the [RETURN] button to cancel the error display and remove the cause
due to which the P.C.B. is not transferred.
When the sensitivity of the sensor is too high, decrease the sensitivity.
Adjust the sensor position when it is not correct.
0f0602 Transfer P.C.B. Detection The P.C.B. has not passed from the table chute into the
output conveyor.
0f0603 Transfer P.C.B. Detection The P.C.B. has not passed from the input conveyor into table
chute. (The P.C.B. disappeared.)
0f0604 Transfer P.C.B. Detection The P.C.B. has not passed from the input conveyor into table
chute. (P.C.B. was taken on x/y table chute.)
0f0605 Transfer P.C.B. Detection The P.C.B. has not passed from the input conveyor into table
chute. (P.C.B. on input conveyor was not able to move to its
outlet.)
(Cause 1) An error was detected during P.C.B. transfer.
(Remedy 1) Press the [RETURN] button to cancel the error display and remove the cause of
the error.

chute. (P.C.B. was taken on input conveyor.)
0f0607 Transfer P.C.B. Detection The P.C.B. has not passed from the table chute into the out-
put conveyor. (The P.C.B. disappeared.)
0f0608 Transfer P.C.B. Detection The P.C.B. has not passed from the table chute into the out-
put conveyor. (P.C.B. was taken on output conveyor.)
0f0609 Transfer P.C.B. Detection The P.C.B. has not passed from the table chute into the out-
put conveyor. (P.C.B. on x/y table chute was not able to move
to its outlet.)
0f060a Transfer P.C.B. Detection The P.C.B. appeared when the table chute descended.
0f060b Transfer P.C.B. Detection The P.C.B. was out of detection when the table chute de-
scended. Check P.C.B. on x/y table.
0f060c Transfer P.C.B. Detection The P.C.B. appeared when the table chute ascended.
0f060d Transfer P.C.B. Detection The P.C.B. was out of detection when the table chute as-
cended. Check P.C.B. on x/y table.
0f060e Transfer P.C.B. Detection The P.C.B. was detection by inside positon sensor when the
table chute was not descended. Check P.C.B. on x/y table.
0f060f Transfer P.C.B. Detection The P.C.B. has not passed from the table chute into the out
put conveyor. (Two P.C.B. was exist on xy chute.)
0f0610 Transfer P.C.B. Detection The P.C.B. has not passed from the table chute into the out
put conveyor. (Two P.C.B. was exist on xy chute.)
(Cause 1) An error was detected during P.C.B. transfer.
(Remedy 1) Press the [RETURN] button to cancel the error display and remove the cause of
the error.
0f0701 Transfer Overtime Transfer has not descended smoothly resulting in an
overtime alarm. ; BPH40
0f0702 Transfer Overtime Transfer has not ascended smoothly resulting in an overtime
alarm. ; BPS1
(Cause 1) This error occurs when the transfer does not descend or ascend while a P.C.B. is
being transferred during automatic operation.
The sensor may be dirty.
(Cause 2) This error occurs because the cylinder cannot take the specified action (expansion
and contraction) and the sensor is not turned ON while the P.C.B. transfer is as-
cending.
The sensor may be dirty.
(Remedy 1) Press the [RETURN] button to cancel the error display and remove the cause
due to which the transfer does not descend or ascend.
When this error still occurs although the transfer descends or ascends, the sen-
sor may be dirty. In this case, clean the sensor and zero the transfer.
(Remedy 2) Wipe off dirt on the sensor and zero the transfer.
