160601 R2 Conveyor Communication The controller can not run.
160602 R2 Conveyor Communication Controller interior is out of order.
160603 R2 Conveyor Communication Controller in communication error condition.
160604 R2 Conveyor Communication Controller incomplete resulting in an overtime alarm.
(Cause 1) Self-Diagnostics Error Message
(Remedy 1) Zero all axes and re-start the operation.
When the machine cannot be set to its normal condition, consult our service
personnel for the remedy.
160701 R2 Conveyor Overtime The R2 Conveyor was not completely sent.
(Cause 1) Self-Diagnostics Error Message
(Remedy 1) Zero all axes and re-start the operation.

400101 Abnormal Front Safety Door The machine’s front safety door(lower) is open.
400102 Abnormal Front Safety Door The rotary hand wheel has been inserted.
(Cause 1) The front safety door was opened with the machine in the operation mode.
(Cause 2) The cam hand-rotating wheel is inserted into the motor shaft of the rotary turret.
(Remedy 1) Press the [RETURN] button to cancel the error display and press the [POWER]
button again. After the machine is powered up, perform the zeroing operation on
all axes.
(Remedy 2) Detach the cam hand-rotating wheel.
400207 Fdr.Crg. Axis Safety Guard The fdr.crg. Axis safety guard (a) is open.
400208 Fdr.Crg. Axis Safety Guard The fdr.crg. Axis safety guard (b) is open.
400211 Fdr.Crg. Axis Safety Guard The fdr.crg. #1 home location safety guard is open.
400216 Fdr.Crg. Axis Safety Guard The fdr.crg. #2 home location safety guard is open.
(Cause 1) The safety cover was opened while the feeder carriage was moving.
(Cause 2) The [START] button was pressed with the safety cover being open.
(Remedy 1) Close the safety cover.
(Remedy 2) Press the [RETURN] button to cancel the error display and then zero all axes.
