2.1.6 操作人员应遵守的规定
Regulations that operators should comply with
1.按指挥人员所发出的指挥信号进行操作。对紧急停车信号，不论由何人发出，均应立即
执行。

stop signals, regardless of who issues them, should be immediately executed.
2.司索人员应听从指挥人员的指挥，并及时报告险情。
The search personnel should obey the command of the commanding personnel and report the

3.当起重臂吊钩或吊物下面有人，吊物上有人或浮置物时，不得进行起重操作。

4.严禁起吊超负荷或重物质量不明和埋置物体；不得捆挂、起吊不明质量，与其他重物相
连、埋在地下或与其他物体冻结在一起的重物。

6.应按规定负荷进行吊装，吊具、索具经计算选择使用，严禁超负荷运行。所吊重物接近
或达到额定起重吊装能力时，应检查制动器，用低高度、短行程试吊后，再平稳吊起。
