23. Using an 4mm Allen key remove the two securing screws (2) to release the cartridge paste
regulator assembly (1).

24. Lift the cartridge paste regulator assembly up and remove the retaining clip (3) from the aper-
ture in the machine side plate.
25. Carefully store the cartridge dispenser and cartridge paste regulator assembly to prevent
damage.
26. Fit the jar paste regulator assembly (1) by locating its retaining clip (3) in the aperture in the
side plate.

27. Using an 4mm Allen key secure the jar paste regulator assembly in place with two M5 socket
cap-head screws (2).
28. Fit the jar dispenser assembly by locating (4) the jar dispenser assembly (1) on the retaining
dowels (2) and lowering the assembly down (3).

29. Using an 4mm Allen key secure the assembly in place by tightening the two captive M5
socket cap-head screws.

30. Push the electrical connector (4) onto its location and tighten in position, connect the three
pneumatic connectors (1-3).
– Reconnect the down feed pneumatic tube (1) - 4mm tube labelled 1.
– Reconnect the up feed pneumatic tube (2) - 4mm tube labelled 2.
– Reconnect the paste pressure feed pneumatic tube (3) - 6mm tube.

31. Switch the pneumatic isolator to SUP.
32. Refit the front panel.
33. Refit upper left hand side panel.
34. Switch the mains isolator to ON.
NOTE
During initialization, the paste dispenser will return to its home position automatically.
