4.1.6 Stencil Chase
The stencil chase is the receptacle for the stencil. The chase clamps the stencil securely in place.
The automatic stencil loader, mounted on the print carriage, loads the stencil to the correct position
in the Y axis.
The stencil can be adjusted to accommodate various size of stencils.

4.1.6.1 Stencil Alignment
The stencil alignment module enables adjustment of the chase to achieve optimum stencil to board
alignment prior to the print stroke. Actuators move the chase in the X, Y and theta planes.
The stencil chase floats on three roller bearings and is connected to 3 actuator motors that move
the chase. Once aligned, the chase is clamped to prevent movement.
