Installation
● Ensure peripheral power distribution requirements are met, and select air switches,
fuses, cables, and cable terminals correctly.
● Use standard torque for screw fastening, and use appropriate terminal crimping
design for crimping terminals.
● Ensure heat dissipation requirements are met and design inlet and outlet airflow duct
properly.
● Avoid environments with dripping water, conductive foreign objects (such as carbon
fiber filaments, conductive metal dust, metal chips), and salt spray.
Failure to follow the above instructions will pose a fire risk.
● This equipment must be operated only by trained and qualified electrical personnel.
Operations can be performed by professionals only.
● Read through the guide and safety instructions before installation.
● Do not install this equipment in places with strong electric or magnetic field.
● Before installation, check that the mechanical strength of the installation site can bear
the weight of the equipment. Failure to comply may result in mechanical hazards.
● Do not wear loose clothes or accessories during installation. Failure to comply may
result in an electric shock.
● When installing the equipment in an enclosed environment (such as a cabinet or
case), use cooling devices (such as fans or air conditioners) to cool the space and
meet the installation environment requirements. Failure to do so can result in
equipment overtemperature or fire accidents.
● Do not retrofit the equipment.
● Do not fiddle with the bolts used to fix equipment components or the bolts marked in
red.
● When the equipment is installed in a cabinet or terminal device, appropriate guard
devices (guards for fire, electrical, and mechanical protection) meeting applicable IEC
standards and local laws and regulations must be provided.
● Before installing devices with strong electromagnetic interference, such as a
transformer, install a shielding device for the equipment to prevent malfunction.
● Install the equipment onto an incombustible object such as a metal. Keep the
equipment away from combustible objects. Failure to comply may result in a fire.
The edges of the equipment metal enclosure are sharp. Note the following
precautions during installation to avoid personal injury or cable damage:
● When performing installation, handling, or maintenance operations, always wear cut-
resistant gloves.
● Avoid direct skin contact with enclosure edges and cut surfaces during operation.

Installation
● Cover the top of the product with a piece of cloth or paper during installation. This is to
prevent unwanted objects such as metal chippings, oil, and water from falling into the
product and causing faults. After installation, remove the cloth or paper on top of the
product to prevent over-temperature caused by poor ventilation due to blocked
ventilation holes.
● Resonance may occur when the equipment operating at a constant speed executes
variable speed operations. In this case, install the vibration-proof rubber under the
motor frame or use the vibration suppression function to reduce resonance.

Wiring
● Equipment installation, wiring, maintenance, inspection, or parts replacement must
be performed only by professionals.
● Before wiring, switch off all power supplies of the device. Wait for at least the time
designated on the warning label before further operations because residual voltage
still exists after power-off. After waiting for the designated time, measure the DC
voltage in the main circuit to ensure the DC voltage is within the safe voltage range.
Failure to comply can result in electric shock.
● Do not perform wiring, remove the equipment cover, or touch the circuit board and
other exposed live parts with power on. Failure to comply can result in electric shock.
● Make sure that the equipment and product are grounded properly. Failure to comply
can result in the risk of electric shock.
● Do not connect the power cable to output terminals of the equipment or product.
Failure to comply may cause equipment damage or even a fire.
● When connecting a drive with the motor, make sure that the phase sequences of the
drive and motor terminals are consistent to prevent reverse motor rotation.
● Cables used must comply with corresponding cross-sectional area and shielding
requirements. The shield of the shielded cable must be grounded at one end properly.
● Tighten the terminal screws with the torque specified in the user guide. Insufficient or
excessive torque may cause overheating and damage to the joint, which could result
in fire.
● After wiring is done, ensure that all cables are connected properly and no screws,
washers or exposed cables are left inside the equipment. Failure to comply could
result in electric shock or equipment damage.
● Avoid direct skin contact with enclosure edges and cut surfaces during operation.
● Route cables carefully during wiring. Avoid pressing them against sharp edges, which
may cause squeezing or cutting. It is recommended to use protective sleeves or route
cables away from such edges.
● If the enclosure has a protective film, remove it only after installation is completed and
all work involving sharp edges has been finished.
● During wiring, follow the proper electrostatic discharge (ESD) procedures, and wear
an antistatic wrist strap. Failure to comply may result in damage to the equipment or
internal circuits.
● Use the shielded twisted pair cable to wire the control circuit, and connect the shield
to the grounding terminal of the equipment. Failure to comply may result in
equipment malfunction.
