Place the magazine on the snap fastener balls (item 5 in fig. 6.1 - 4, page 292).
Press the magazine down evenly so that the snap fastener balls engage in all the snap fas-
teners at the same time.
PLEASE NOTE
Move the locking plate into the "Magazine locked" position.
Before inserting, align the magazine so that the centering pins (items 2 and 6 in fig.
6.1 - 4

6.2 Waffle pack changer (WPC5/WPC6)
The functionality and the technical data for the WPC5 are largely identical to those for the WPC6.
However, the WPC6 also has a non-stop module.
6.2.1 Description
The waffle pack changer makes components available in the waffle pack trays, to avoid unneces-
sary loss of time during storage and automatic changing of the waffle pack trays. The individual,
programmable access to up to 28 waffle pack trays also increases the range of components avail-
able.
The waffle pack changer has an integral chassis, and is easy to move to other locations. It is sup-
plied with the PCB conveyor height set for the customer-specific machine but can be quickly and
easily adapted to conveyor heights of 900, 930, and 950 mm. The changeover table with 30 loca-
tions needs to be set up on the remaining location.
