0 5 8 ** 205 Gap of the width direction of a lead is larger than a permissible value.

0 5 8 ** 207 The detected lead length direction positions differ greatly.
(Cause) The results of the lead inspection differ from the parameters
specifi ed in the component library data for the selected
components.
(Remedy) Check the leads of the selected component and the component
library data.
Correct wrong parameters if they are set in the component
library data.

(Cause) The fi ducial mark and the fi ducial mark coordinates X and Y or
the mark data are not suitable.
(Remedy) Follow the steps below to reset the machine to the normal
condition.
(1) When the [RETURN] button is pressed, the "Manual Alignment
Operation Guide" window appears.
(2) When the [Mnl Align] button is pressed, the following recognition
window appears.

(3) Manipulate the image movement buttons on the window until the actual
fi ducial mark comes over to the fi ducial mark template located at the
center of the crosshair.
Enlarge the view for accurate alignment operation. Otherwise,
components may not placed accurately.
(4) After the actual fi ducial mark has come over to the fi ducial mark
template, press the position defi nition button. The "AUTO OPN."
window resumes.
(5) When the [START] button on the operation panel is pressed, the
automatic operation restarts.
Notice
When the [x] button is pressed to exit from the recognition window,
the "Manual Alignment Operation Guide" window resumes.
