Recognition Error ID Description of Recognition Error, Cause, and Remedy
0 5 8 ** 201 The number of leads is small.
0 5 8 ** 202 The number of leads is large.
0 5 8 ** 203 The lead width is shorter than the tolerance.
0 5 8 ** 204 The lead width is longer than the tolerance.
0 5 8 ** 205 Gap of the width direction of a lead is larger than a permissible value.
0 5 8 ** 206 Gap of the length direction of a lead is larger than a permissible value.
0 5 8 ** 207 The detected lead length direction positions differ greatly.
(Cause) The results of the lead inspection differ from the parameters
speci ed in the component library data for the selected
components.
(Remedy) Check the leads of the selected component and the component
library data.
Correct wrong parameters if they are set in the component
library data.
0 5 8 ** 301 Electrode(ball) length is incorrect.
0 5 8 ** 302 Electrode(ball) position is larger than a permissible value.
0 5 8 ** 401 A shape positional gap is larger than a permissible value.
(Cause) Component Recognition Error
(Remedy) Contact our service personnel for details.
0 5 9 ** 101 Error in Polarity Detection.
0 5 9 ** 201 The component is reversed.
0 5 9 ** 301 There is the electrode (lead) that must not exist
0 5 9 ** 302 There is the electrode (ball) that must not exist
0 5 9 ** 303 There is the shape that must not exist.

0 6 1 ** 001 Speci ed mark not found in recognizable range.
0 6 2 ** 001 Speci ed mark not found in recognizable range.
(Cause) The ducial mark and the ducial mark coordinates X and Y or
the mark data are not suitable.
(Remedy) Follow the steps below to reset the machine to the normal
condition.
(1) When the [RETURN] button is pressed, the "Manual Alignment
Operation Guide" window appears.
(2) When the [Mnl Align] button is pressed, the following recognition
window appears.

(3) Manipulate the image movement buttons on the window until the actual
ducial mark comes over to the ducial mark template located at the
center of the crosshair.
Enlarge the view for accurate alignment operation. Otherwise,
components may not placed accurately.
(4) After the actual ducial mark has come over to the ducial mark
template, press the position de nition button. The "AUTO OPN."
window resumes.
(5) When the [START] button on the operation panel is pressed, the
automatic operation restarts.
Notice
When the [x] button is pressed to exit from the recognition window,
the "Manual Alignment Operation Guide" window resumes.
