Description
Keep the linear guide grooves clear of any object. Otherwise, an object in
the groove may be trapped in the moving part, causing the machine to be
damaged.
(27)
Description
Attach the nozzles correctly in the nozzle stockers (housings).
Do not operate the machine with a nozzle being left on the nozzle stocker
shutter
. Otherwise, the machine may break down.
(28)
Description
For transportation, the arms of a fork lift truck or a catch pallet must be
inserted from the front or rear side of the machine.
If the arms or the catch pallet is inserted from the side face of the machine,
the electrically equipped sections may be damaged.

until it stops.
Description

Unless the lter holder is set correctly in place, a pickup error will occur or
the lter will come off and cause an interference with a head. The head may
also be damaged.

Your hand might be cut at the hood edge.
Wear gloves when cleaning.
Description

sure to wear gloves during cleaning. Otherwise, you may cut

5. Precautionary Items for Correct Operations
Requirements for Installation
Be sure to fulfi ll the following requirements for safety purposes.

Overvoltage Category : Category
III
•
Pollution Degree : 3
Overvoltage Categories refer to the level of Impulse Withstand Voltage protection
provided at the specifi ed Pollution Degree.
Category III: Primary circuits of a device to which power is directly
supplied from the power distribution panel, and circuits from
the distribution panel to outlets.
Note
The term was changed from "Installation Category" to "Overvoltage
Category".
"Pollution Degree" is a degree of pollution severity.
Pollution Degree 3: Conductive pollution or dry nonconductive pollution
that becomes conductive due to condensation occurs.
To be found in industrial environment or construction
sites (harsh environments).
