6.6 Conrmation of the No. of Components to be replenished
•
If the components are replenished with the new carrier tape spliced
(1) Press the [Comp. Reload] button in the "Comp. Reload" window (See Fig.
F5).
Check the No. of remaining components in the Feeder List window to
conrm that the components have been replenished.
•
If the components are replenished with the used carrier tape spliced
(The No. of components is different from the default value)
(1) Press the [Spl Comp Rem] button in the "Comp. Reload" window (See Fig.
F5). The "Cmp Rem" input window will appear.

(2) Enter the number of replenished components.
Input Range :
1 to 50000000
The values "Fdr Reload" (Component Replenishment Status) will be revised.
When the [AC] button is pressed, if necessary, the remaining number of
components on the selected feeder No. can be zeroed.
(3) Conrm the values in "Fdr Reload" (Component Replenishment Status) and
press the [Set] button to dene these values (status).

both carefully and according to the specied
procedures.

7.2 Preparation for Maintenance
Preparation for Cleaning and Oiling
•
Rag (Extra Cloth)
Use a rag made of such material (cotton, etc.) that produces as less waste thread
as possible.
A clean rag must be used depending on a spot to be cleaned.
Notice
The remaining waste thread if any will cause the machine to break
down.
•
Alcohol
Do not use alcohol on unspeci ed locations.
•
Toothbrush
It is required for tape peeling section.
Use normal cotton swab or toothbrush on the market.
•
Air Gun
Do not use the air gun for any spots other than the specied ones.
If dirt and dust are dispersed, moving mechanisms, causing the tape feeder to
break down.
•
Vacuum Cleaner
If the suction hole of the vacuum cleaner is changed to a smaller one, some
spots can be cleaned more easily.
•
Cotton Applicator (SIGMA-F8 Main Machine Line Accessory)
It is used for removing dirt stuck onto the sensor section.
•
Bamboo Probe (SIGMA-F8 Main Machine Line Accessory)
It is used to remove dust stuck onto the sensor section.
•
Greasing Jig (SIGMA-F8 Main Machine Line Accessory)
Grease is applied using this syringe type jig.
(When grease for one division on the gauge is injected, grease of 0.1 ml is
applied).
•
Greasing Jig Nozzle (SIGMA-F8 Main Machine Line Accessory)
Grease is applied using this syringe type jig.
•
Grease
Use MOLYNOC GREASE AP1 (NIPPON OIL CORPORATION) or its
equivalent.
