1.6.9 Inspection pattern filter
The inspection pattern filter defines the inspection mode and/or submode and
the window number for which the VPC files are evaluated.
This filter is significant for the machine programmer.
With it, it is possible to get very detailed information on the single inspection
program, for selective optimization of the program.
