the .txt file has the name "Data" and is saved in the directory "Export".

• number of defective PCBs

• total number of inspected PCBs

• the resulting First Pass Yield (number of good boards) in %.

5.1.2 Data export with the Export function

Another way to export data is the function "Export," which can be opened by

clicking with the right mouse button on the diagram background.

Here again, the file must be named, and the name must end with .txt.

The entire diagram is now written in the text file contained here. The header

lines and each column with its individual defect features are given in table form.
