■ General
Keep the machine and its surrounding area safe and clean.
Do not get on the feeder bank or machine top.
■ Operation
To prevent machine damage, before operation, make sure accessories such as parts feeders are set
completely and not to jump off.
To prevent machine damage, do not operate the mounter with foreign obstacles such as measurement tools
left on the conveyor or feeder bank, linier guides and inside of the tray feeder.
After turning off the mounter, leave the machine 15 seconds or more before turning on again. Otherwise,
motor alarm can result.
To prevent machine damage, do not put foreign obstacles inside of the mounter and tray feeder when
operating the machines by teaching mode.
Do not put the nozzle on the mounting head by hands. If it has not been done properly, the nozzle would hit
with some other parts and the head might be damaged.
Confirm that there is not an obstacle inside of the mounter and tray feeder before pressing Start Switch,
otherwise the machine might be damaged if there is an obstacle.
Confirm that there is not an obstacle inside the mounter and tray feeder when doing ASJ, otherwise the
mounter and tray feeder might be damaged.
Confirm that there is not an obstacle inside of the mounter and tray feeder when doing JOG operation,
otherwise the machine and tray feeder might be damaged.
Please pay attention about the nozzle and nozzle holder height before moving XY axes, they would hit with
the conveyor rail if they are lowered.
Confirm that there is not an obstacle inside of the mounter and tray feeder before taking the origin,
otherwise they would be damaged.
To prevent machine damage, do not put an obstacle inside of the machine and tray feeder when doing
DI/DO operation.

Actuator operation.
Take nozzles out from the mounting heads before doing the vacuum breaking operation, the nozzle would
come off from the head and get damage especially for small size of the nozzle.

■ Safety Interlock
The machine covers (front/rear) and the optional CE safety guard feature safety interlock mechanism. To
safeguard the operator, this mechanism is activated to stop the machine immediately by opening a machine
cover or entering hand or part of the body inside the CE safety guard during operation.
■ Detailed Condition
The mounter has to be used in environment shown as below.
【Environment Conditions 】
・Ambient Temperature (to guarantee accuracy) ＝23±2℃
・Ambient Temperature (to guarantee functions) ＝10～35℃
（Average of Temperature over than 24 hours must be less than 30 degree）
・Percentage Humidity ＝20～90％RH（however, no dew condensation）
・Altitude ＝Less than 1000m (above sea level)
・Atmosphere＝ There is no dust, fog and corrosive gas.
The mounter has not been designed to use in housing and commercial area.
The maximum sound noise during production is 76.6dB.
【Warning】
If operators have to use the machine in high acoustic noise (more than 80dB) which might cause
trouble hearing, protector of ears must be worn.

The lithium battery is used in XIO board.
The expected life time is two years (operating atmosphere temperature 23℃) .
If the battery runs out, the date and time shown in the monitor will be reset.
Please contact us or our distributor, replacement of the lithium battery will be done by our service
engineer.
If the removed lithium battery is discarded by customer, do not discard it as incombustible.
The electrical terminals of the battery have to be insulated by some tapes and so on, and then
should be discarded or recycled following law, code and regulation of your country.
* The lithium battery might heat, fire or burst if the electrical terminals short.
When the mounter is exported to oversea, various kinds of packaging materials are used.
Please dispose or recycle packaging materials following law, code and regulation of your
country.
