Lubrication Points
Lubricate the points listed below with cotton swab soaked with specified lubricant.

Ball Screw of X-axis Grease Every two weeks
Linear Guide of X-axis (Upper and Lower) Grease Every two weeks
Ball Screw of Y-axis (Right and Left) Grease Every two weeks
Linear Guide of Y-axis (Right and Left) Grease Every two weeks
Feeder Bank Plates Grease Every two weeks
Conveyor Width Adjusting Screw Grease Monthly
M10/M20 Conveyor Guide Shaft Grease Monthly
Conveyor PCB Clamp Plate Shaft Grease Monthly
Ball Screw of Z-axis Grease Every two weeks
Spline Shaft of Z-axis Grease Every two weeks
Linear Way of Z-axis Grease Every two weeks
Nozzle Holder Silicone Grease Monthly
Nozzle Silicone Grease Weekly
NOTE: Do not apply excessive oil or grease. They may be scattered when the mounter is in motion.

X and Y axis Ball Screw are covered by plates (Cover Plate). These plates must be removed before
applying grease to X and Y axis Ball Screw and Linear Guides.

Removing the cover plate.
・ Move the head unit all the way to either
left
or right.
・ Unscrew and remove the screws.
Screws are located at both ends of the
cover plate. (see image on the left).
・ Remove the cover plate.

Grease Nipples
・Grease nipples are located at both ends of
upper and lower linear guides.
・Lubricate the ball screw as shown in the
image.

Y Axis Ball Screw

Removing the Y Axis Ball Screw Cover Plate

Y Axis Linear Guide
Unscrew the bolts on both sides and remove
the ball screw cover plate
Move the X axis all the way to either front or
back.X.
Unscrew and remove 4 bolts (as shown in the
image )
Slightly lift the cover plate enough for the
nozzle of the grease gun to go through, and
lubricate the ball screw.
Grease Nipple
Move the X axis until the grease nipple on the Y
axis ball screw comes in sight through the slit of
the cover plate.
Lubricate the Y axis ball screws on both left and
right.
Firmly press the tip of the grease gun against the
grease nipple.
