6．Additional Function

Connect the syringe to the tube joint.

Connect the syringe to the valve.

Twist the syringe clockwise and screw it in the

tube joint.

Push the syringe upward until it makes a

clicking sound.

Turn the secure knob clockwise and lock it.

Do not twist off the screw thread of the syringe by

the tube joint.

6．Additional Function

Fix the syringe.

Insert the dispense head into the nozzle holder.

Pull the valve’s movable section forward (toward you) and

press the syringe joint into the adapter base.

Press the syringe joint into the adapter

base until it makes a clicking sound.

Turn the knob and secure the syringe

joint.

Dispense Head and Syringe Setup

Go to [Manual] and open the “Dispense” window.

※As long as DP Head has been installed to the machine, Register the installed DP head and syringe on the

“Dispense” window.

※When the dispense head is not fully inserted

into the nozzle holder, twist the hexagonal

head of the screw pump axis and adjust its

orientation.

Re-torque the secure knob on the nozzle holder with

the torque wrench (in accessories).

Re-torque the tube joint secure nut with the torque

wrench (in accessories)

Right-click the mouse and select the syringe.

※When the installed syringe has not been in the library,

create a new syringe library for it.

Righ-click the mouse and select the desired type of

DP head.
