This manual is used as a maintenance guide. Please be sure to read this manual thoroughly before servicing
the mounter.
After reading this manual, keep it handy so that it will be available at any time.

The surface of the scan camera mirror is very sensitive. Be sure to treat the
mirror with extra caution.
z Dangerous operations are noted in two levels: Warning and Caution.
Warning:
Failing to comply with the instructions suggested in a “Warning” will lead to a fatal injury or a death. (A
“fatal injury” means an injury, a scald, an electric shock, or a bone fracture,
leading to a persisting aftereffect, also means one requiring a long-term hospital treatment as an inpatient or
an outpatient.) An example follows:

When performing teach entry in which driving axes are allowed to move, do not stick head,
hands, or other parts of the body inside the mounter. Serious injury can result. Also make
sure non-operators are a safe distance from the machine.
Caution:
Failing to comply with the action suggested in a “Caution” will lead to a serious injury or a machine
damage. (A “serious injury” means an injury, a scald, or an electric shock, not requiring a long-term
hospital treatment as a inpatient or an outpatient.) An example follows:

Before starting teach entry, make sure no foreign obstacles are left in the mounter or tray
feeder. Otherwise, costly machine damage can occur.
Note: According to condition of optional equipments, MMI screen of your machine might be deferent
from MMI screen shown in this manual.
