3.2.2.5 List Box
A list box is used in combination with an entry field. Once an item is selected from
the list, it is highlighted and automatically filled in to the entry field.
The user can scroll through the list by:
Using the
and cursor keys and/or the <Page Up> and <Page Down> keys.
Tapping the touch pad on the Up or Down Arrow of the Scroll Bar. Quick
scrolling can be done by moving the Slider Box up and down with the touch pad
(keep left control button pressed).
Sometimes a list box is hidden and can be displayed after pushing a drop down
button.
3.2.2.6 Drop Down Button
A Drop Down Button is a button which displays a hidden List Box after it is pressed
(e.g. in theCopy to archive dialogues). It can be activated by:
Pressing the <F4> function key or
Tapping the touch pad on the Drop Down Button.
NOTE: At all times, the <Esc> key can be used to leave a dialogue.
3.3 FCM Multiflex Status Window
The FCM Multiflex Status window displays detailed information on the status of the
FCM Multiflex (see SCREEN 3-5). The status is updated for each significant status
event and provides the operator with a detailed overview of the operation of the
FCM Multiflex at a glance.

3.3.1 Production
This window displays the current FCM Multiflex production state. It is the main
status area, which may contain the following statuses:
Stopped:
The machine state is stopped. No boards will be produced.
Running:
Indicates that the production is running normally and boards are being
produced.
Waiting (board runin):
No board is present in the runin section of the FCM Multiflex.
Waiting (board runout):
There are boards present in the runout section which cannot leave the FCM
Multiflex.
Change Setup!:
Production has stopped because the machine setup has to be changed.
Error:
Production has stopped due to an error. The operator may need to take action.
3.3.2 Current Order
The following fields are related to the current Order:
ID:
Identification of the Order as entered by the User in the Order - Entry dialogue.
File:
The Production Action Spec which is used for this Order.
State:
The following current order states can be displayed:
No Order: There is no order currently running in the FCM Multiflex.
Running: There is an order running in the FCM Multiflex.
Entering FCM Multiflex: There is an order currently entering the FCM
Multiflex (on an RCO).
Leaving FCM Multiflex: The current order is leaving the FCM Multiflex (on an
RCO).
Completing: The current order is being completed (only if a specified number
of boards was entered in the Order - Entry dialogue, or no RCO was
possible).
Running out: The current order is being run out of the FCM Multiflex

Aborting: The currently running order and, if present, the scheduled Next
Order are being aborted.
System Cal file:
The system calibration file which is associated with the current order.
3.3.3 Next Order
This field shows information related to the next scheduled order:
ID:
Identification of the next Order as entered by the User in the Order - Entry
dialogue.
File:
The Production Action Spec which is used for the next Order.
Countdown:
The number of boards in the current Order that must be completed before the
next Order can be started (only used in combination with the optional Board
Identification Module (BI)).
Changeover method:
This displays the changeover method which is used to switch from the current
order to the next order. It can be one of the following:
RCO: A rolling changeover will be performed. This will leave a gap of one
board between the completion of the current order and the start of the next
order.
Stop for Setup: The same as rolling changeover, but the system is stopped
and the operator is requested to perform a setup change first.
No RCO: No rolling changeover is possible. The current order, while
completing, will runout before the next order is started.
3.3.4 Boards
The following Board information is displayed about the current order:
Reqd:
The requested number of board as specified in the Order - Entry dialogue.
Good:
The total number of boards currently completed with no errors.
Susp:
The total number of suspected boards for the current order. This number relates
to those boards for which Skip Action has been selected by the User in the
error recovery dialogue in order to continue production, or which were automat-
ically marked as suspected by the system (e.g. due to sudden power failure
during production).
Skip:
The total number of incomplete boards for the current order. This number relates
to those boards for which the User has selected Skip Board in the error
recovery dialogue or which were not (fully) populated after the User initiated an
Abort Order.
