description: Identifies Placement Phi Unit (ppu). For respectively PPU
with Laser Align or PPU with Vision Align.
nozzle_id (nozzle_id)

description: Identifies nozzle by name.
vac_cal_limit_low (clow)
type: integer
range: 0..100
description: Specifies (in percentages) the maximum allowed leakage
which is allowed when performing vacuum calibration on a
closed nozzle (nozzle blocked, vacuum on).
The vac_cal_limit_low must be lower than or equal to
vac_cal_limit_high.
vac_cal_limit_high (chgh)

range: 0..100
description: Specifies (in percentages) the minimum required leakage
which should be detected when performing vacuum cali-
bration on an open nozzle (nozzle in open air, vacuum on).
cal_pos_index (cidx)

range: 1..4
description: On the machine, a number of vacuum calibration positions
are defined. These positions are numbered (1..4). This field
defines which of these positions should be used during
vacuum calibration. Position 1 is meant for flat nozzles,
position 2 for MELF nozzles. Position 3 and 4 are reserved
for future use.
4.2.6.2 BOARD_ROTATION
syntax: board_rotation

range: -90,0,90,180,270 (degrees)
description: Describes the orientation of the board coordinate system with
respect to the FCMs coordinate system. It is defined as the angle
from the FCM X-Axis to the board X-axis. Counter clockwise is
positive rotation.
