4.2.5.1 BOARD_ROTATION
syntax: board_rotation
type: integer
range: -90, 0, 90, 180, 270 (degrees)
description: Describes the orientation of the board coordinate system with
respect to the FCM’s coordinate system. It is defined as the angle
from the FCM’s X-Axis to the board X-axis. Counter clockwise is
positive rotation.

description: The number of the transport index to which the record applies.
