Cause Inspection and Solution
Tape cover sensor 1 is
blocked.
(Interlock occurred.)
Take any of the following measures:
1) Close the front cover of the tape
feeder.
2) Set the toggle lever of the tape
feeder properly.
3) Make sure that detection area of
the tape cover sensor is not
blocked by the cover tape or big
component.
4) Choose [Machine] - [Adjust] - [All]
- [Input confirm] and check that the
feeder opening sensor 1 of the
table is OFF when the light from
the emitter is blocked and ON
when the light from the emitter
reaches the detector. At this time,
make also sure that the green LED
is lit when the light from the emitter
is blocked and the green and red
LEDs are lit when the light from
the emitter reaches the detector.

order.
1) Attach the feeder cover.
2) If the error persists even after the
feeder cover is attached, the
connection with the feeder cover
may not be detected.Choose
[Machine] - [Adjust] - [All] - [Input
confirm] and check the connection
of feeder cover.
