specified upper limit.
Check the ambient temperature
around the machine.
If the warning continues to appear,
contact PFSC.

Bad head occur
When the error rate of each
head has exceeded the bad
head error rate (action
parameter), the applicable
head will be set as a bad
head and the placement
motion will continue.
1.Check the bad head conditions.
2.After the problem has been
resolved, cancel the bad head
settings on the bad head setting
screen.

Pickup sequence
change
If a simultaneous pickup
failure has occurred in the
sequence of pickup specified
as simultaneous pickup, the
warning appears.
If the warning continues to appear,
identify the cause (pickup position,
nozzle, etc.) of the simultaneous
pickup failure.

failure to perform placement
according to production data,
the warning appears.
Conditions of the right end
of the feeder
Difference in transcript
mode
Pickup limits
Adjoining limits
Mix of presence/absence of
division recognition
Difference in recognition
type, etc.
If the warning continues to appear,
repeat optimization.
This is the warning that
appears when the support
pins have not been replaced
yet that need replacing. (It
appears when the pin
arrangement is not based on
production data.)
Temporarily stop the auto running,
then restart it and ensure that the
support pins are replaced
successfully.
Thickness measurement
using the vertical line camera
is set on a per-turn action
basis.
Even when only a single
component whose “Thick
measure” is set to “ON” is
present in the same turn,
thickness will be measured
for all components. At that
time, if there is disagreement
between the thickness and
measured value of a
component with its “Thick
measure” set to “OFF”, the
warning appears.
There may be disagreement
between the height and thickness of
a component without thick measure.
If necessary, check the component
thickness within production data and
the thickness of the actual
component.
