Error codes of emergency stop errors consist of category signs (two letters) and numbers
(four digits).
Category signs are listed in the previous page. Only numbers (4 digits) are displays in the list.
This section describes how to read the error message lists. If an error occurs while using the machine,
check the on-screen error message. See the error message lists (2-1-2 to2-1-4) to inspect and solve the error.
Before putting your hands into the machine to inspect and solve an error, be sure to turn OFF the servo
switch.

Take measures in the following
order.
1) Turn the emergency stop switch
clockwise to reset.(One position
each at front side and rear side)
2) If the machine fails to be restored
even after pressing the emergency
stop switch, the switch may be
broken.Contact PFSC.

Applicable axis is not ready.
(Self-diagnosis error
occurred.)
Please inquire from PFSC.
40002
Safety cover is open.
(Self-diagnosis error
occurred.)
Take measures in the following
order.
1) Close the safety cover if opened.
2)If the error persists even after the
safety cover is closed, the safety
switch may be broken.Contact
PFSC.

2) If the error persists even after the
servo switch is turned ON, the

Transfer opening sensor is
OFF.

occurred.)
Check the condition of the adjoining
machines.Choose [Machine] -
[Adjust] - [All] - [Input confirm] and
check the condition of the transfer
opening sensor.

Front side XY unit and the Y-
axis of the rear side XY unit
interfered with each other.
(Self-diagnosis error
occurred.)
If the error persists even after the
front side and rear side XY unit are
separated, contact PFSC.
