Thermal Error
Any of the following causes
is likely:
1) Vacuum pump for
vacuum-holding PCB is at
fault.
2) Improper setting of
overcurrent protection for
the thermal relay
(Self-diagnosis error
occurred.)
Reset the thermal relay and choose
[Machine] - [Adjust] - [All] - [Output
confirm] to check the vacuum pump
for vacuum-holding PCB for proper
operation. If any problem is found,
contact PFSC.

Single stop requested by the
special system developed by
the customer.
(Self-diagnosis error
occurred.)
Reset the request for single stop
from the customer's special system.
Choose [Machine] - [Adjust] - [All] -
[Input confirm] to check the input
status of single stop.

the tray feeder/exchange
cart switch specification^ the
settings of the sensor switch
section knob are
mismatching.

occurred.)
Take any of the following measures:
1) Attach the feeder cover when the
feeder cart is used.
2) When the tray feeder is used,
install the tray feeder and then
insert the key in the tray feeder
detection switch.
3) If it is the tray feeder/exchange
cart switch specification, please
match the settings of the sensor
switch section knob.
4) If the error persists, choose
[Machine] - [Adjust] - [All] - [Input
confirm] and check that the feeder
cover is attached and the tray
detection switch is connected.
