Main electrical
power:
• Equipment disconnected from power supply system. The Main Switch
(switched off) locked by means of a padlock to secure the main switch
against unintentional switching on.
Compressed air /
Nitrogen (if used):
• Does not matter.
Access:
• Open both maintenance doors.

Cover removal
Remove the following covers:
• Small cover above the portal
• Open both maintenance doors

Step 1
Remove the existing sealing tape and attach the
new one on the top and bottom edge of each
door.
Notes:
• flush fitting length
• pointed edge to the inner side of the door
Alignment as shown on the picture
Attach the sealing tape as well on top of the
por
tal frame.
Alignment is not important.

Remove the existing sealing by pulling it off. Fit
the new clamping section on each inner side of
the door.
Remove the existing sealing by pulling it off. Fit
the clamping section in all 8 edges of the
doorway.
ATTENTION:
On the lower and upper side has to
be a free distance of around 20 mm allowing the
door to close properly!
