You need to retrofit a manual table in order to operate a SIPLACE JTF-M or SIPLACE JTF-S with a

SIPLACE X-Series S. See also "4.3 Retrofitting in the SIPLACE X-Series S" [ ➙ 119].

If this table is already present, ignore this chapter and continue with the chapter "4.4 Installation"

Overview of SIPLACE JTF in SIPLACE X-Series S - Configura-

tion and Restrictions

The following configurations are possible for the SIPLACE X4 S, X3 S and SIPLACE X2 S with a

SIPLACE JTF-S, SIPLACE JTF-M and Smart Pin Support:

Configuration 1:

At location 2 you can use a stationary camera (4), (6) or a Q10 magazine (5) (X-Serie S JTF table for

location 2. [166651] (7))

At location 3 you can use stationary cameras (2), (3) in combination with a W5 magazine (1), a second

nozzle changer row or with two W5 magazines.

NOTICE

Nozzle changer

Depending on the head type, the first nozzle changer row must be exchanged by a short nozzle

changer.
