Overview of SIPLACE JTF in SIPLACE X-Series S - Configura-

tion and Restrictions

The following configurations are possible for the SIPLACE X4 S, X3 S and SIPLACE X2 S with a

SIPLACE JTF-S, SIPLACE JTF-M and Smart Pin Support:

Configuration 1:

At location 2 you can use a stationary camera (4), (6) or a Q10 magazine (5) (X-Serie S JTF table for

location 2. [166651] (7))

At location 3 you can use stationary cameras (2), (3) in combination with a W5 magazine (1), a second

nozzle changer row or with two W5 magazines.

NOTICE

Nozzle changer

Depending on the head type, the first nozzle changer row must be exchanged by a short nozzle

changer.

Configuration 2:

At location 2 you can use stationary cameras (4), (5) in combination with a W5 magazine (3) or a second

nozzle changer row or, alternatively, two W5 magazines with stationary cameras. (X-Serie S JTF table

At location 2 you can use a Q10 magazine and a stationary IC camera. An FC camera is not possible.

Configuration SIPLACE X2 S and SIPLACE X3 S

At location 2 you can either use a stationary camera (5) in combination with a Q10 magazine (4) or just

use the Q10 magazine alone.

Location

In SIPLACE X 3S, SIPLACE X2S machines, a SIPLACE JTF-S or SIPLACE JTF-M can only

be installed at location 2.

Depending on the head type, the first nozzle changer row might need to be exchanged for a

An SPS is not possible in a SIPLACE X2 S machine!
