To use a SIPLACE JTF-S, SIPLACE JTF-M, you must have installed the "Table loc jedec tray feeder X-
Series S" [166652] location 3 and the "Table loc2 jedec tray feeder X-Series S" [166651] at location 2.
The COT insert must be removed as a prerequisite.
